Join us in our study of Huaquan, a Northern Long Fist style dating back to the 5th century.
Our curriculum includes forms, sparring, weapons training, and a constant study of striking and trapping techniques. We use drills, bag work, and isometric and body weight exercises to increase our power and endurance. We stretch safely and efficiently to achieve maximum flexibility.
